The Thirtyfirst Challenge for The Paper Shelter - Elves and Fairies"

Good Morning Everyone, do you know these weeks go so quickly by that weve now reached our thirtyfirst Challenge for The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and this week its "Elves and Fairies" that we want to see on your cards, and believe me they do have some gorgeous ones for you to use I do hope that you will go and visit The Paper Shelter and see for yourself, and of course they are sponsering us again this week.

And the latest news is that Veronica and Pedro of The Paper Shelter have put the prize up to $20. because theyve not only got fabulous digi images and stunning papers but also accessories to, the only rule is that if you use their products on your card and have been picked by random org. you will be eligable to win the whole amount, but dont worry even if you havent they will still give you one of their gorgeous images or your own choice, so its still a win win situation.
And now here is my card for this weeks Challenge.

And I have used this cute Elf image its called "Balloon Ride" and you will find it here. I printed him onto white card then used my copic and tria pens to colour him, afterwards I used the Nestabilitie Die No.2 to cut him out and then used the die again to drew around to create the mount for it. The sentiment is one of CC stamps and this was stamped onto card and treated in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and for my first mount Ive used a lavendar coloured card, and on this I have stuck a beautiful lavendar paisley pattern paper, then for my second pair of mounts Ive used a lilac background paper that has large spots on, both these papers are from The Paper Shelters "Little Sylfie" Digi Paper Set and you will find them here. Then across the card I have wrapped a beaded lace strip and on top of this is a multi spotted grosgrain ribbon both of which were attached to the back of the first mount.
The mounted image was then positioned towards the left, and the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side, and to finish of Ive used some of the left over papers and created three rolled flowers with a Die-namics die and stuck them on the card with silicone glue on top of some punched out leaves.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope you will go and visit The Paper Shelter Blogspot to see what the rest of my "A" Design Team have created for you and I know if will inspire you to take part in this weeks Challenge "Elves and Fairies".
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-
