ABC Challenges - "H is for Heavy"

Good Morning Crafters, I cannot believe that we are already half way through May, and the weather is still not the best here in the UK, one minute its lovely and warm and sunny and next its pouring of rain. Anyway to cheer ourselves up this time the Challenge over on ABC Challenge Blogspot we have reached the letter H and this time its all about something metal on your card, so we leave the choice of embellishment up to you to choose.
Anyway this time we are being sponsored by Marianne Designs

And here is the Card I created for this Challenge

This little lady is called the "Knitter" and I stamped her onto white card before colouring her with my copic pens, afterwards I used one of my Marianne Dies to cut her out before removing her I inked around the edge so that it shows as in the photo. The sentiment is also from Marianne designs I stamped it onto white card and cut it out with yet another of the Marianne designs.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card and the first mount is blue card, the papers I used are from My Craft Studio paper pad and I used four papers and layered them up as shown. I then placed my mounted image towards the right, and the sentiment in the bottom left hand corned. I then used the knitting dies that come with this image and cut out the embellishments as shown and placed around the card in the top left hand corner and bottom right hand one.
Now that youve seen my Card I do hope you will pay a visit to the ABC Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for you inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "H is for Heavy" Challenge.
