Sarahs brand new CD

As I promised the other day I thought you might like to see one of the samples Ive made from Sarah Hallam of http://www.spanglefish.com/peerlessdesigns/ brand new CD which is to be previewed on the 16th September on Create and Craft at 8am in the morning, its beautiful.

Its all about Carousel horses, as weve seen with the Christy Armstrong stamps they really took of, and Im sure this Cd will be just as popular as not only are the horses stunning but the papers are fabulous. She has lots of no stamp required images for you to print and colour, and Ive used a couple of them for my cards to, anyway this is the first sample I made for her

and as you can see Ive actually used on of the digi stamps for this card, Ive printed it onto white coated card and coloured it with my copic pens, then cut it out with my Octagonal Nestabilitie Die, and used the scalloped one for the mount.

The base card is a 8"x 7" of set front card, and used two of Sarahs beautiful papers, I should say Ive used a third one for the insert but I dont have a photo to show you unfortunately. Anyway Ive used the same paper for the little side piece and on top of this is a strip of yet another of the papers but Ive used a border punch on both sides and stuck it down the centre of this outer page, on top of this Ive stuck a strip of embossed pearlesed card and my mounted image on top. The sentiment is one from my stash which I though went well with the image, Ive used a tag diecut for this to be mounted on. To finish of Ive used some pearls top and bottom on the left hand side.
