This weeks theme is "Spring Fling" and Ive already seen quite a few cards being made with this in mind so I do hope that you will find something for our Challenge to.
For my card Ive chosen this image titled "My Little Garden" you will find it here and I printed it onto white card then coloured it with my copic pens, afterwards I used my large Rectangle Nestabilitie die to cut it out, and then used the die itself to draw around onto green card and cut it out by hand to create the mount for it. The sentiment is one I googled on my computer, this was also printed and cut out and mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card, with a first mount of green card and I have used one of Donna's Bealymine "Spring Flight" papers for my first paper, across the middle I have used a piece of the same green card and one of my deep border punches from Martha Stewart, over this is a piece of lace and a wide deep green satin ribbon thats been attached to the back of the first mount. I then positioned my mounted image in the middle with my sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side.
To finish of I have used three daffodils and some punched out fern leaves to create a Spring flower spray in the bottom left hand corner, this was attched to the card with silicone glue, the final thing is the pearls in the top to corners.
I do hope now you will pop over to our The Paper Shelter Blog to see the rest of my fellow team members cards and hopefully take part in this weeks Challenge, please dont forget if you are taking part its better to use The Paper Shelters images as you will automatically be entered into the draw with a chance to win the Voucher.
This card will be entered in the following Challenges:0
