My Daughter Did it, she survived the London Marathon

Im so very proud of my eldest daughter Karen, she ran the London Marathon today and managed a fantastic result, she did it in 4hrs 14mins 52secs Im so cock a hoop over her achievements and Im sure she is to as well as being exhausted.
I know she was desparate to do this race for along time and now she has and has received her finishers medal to display amoung her other medals. She loves running and belongs to a running club in Lanarkshire (in Scotland) where she lives.

  17. Congratulations to Karen, I wouldn't be able to do it at all, and I'm pretty fit, which is probably why I appreciate what an achievement it is! Will you be making a special card for her to say well done?

Non of mine ran it this year, instead three of them are running the Edinburgh one next month, so we have a weekend away planned to watch them.
