A Special Challenge from Mo

Good Evening, I know Ive not been around for a few days but I suspect you know that Im rather busy training our brand new fur baby so please forgive me and hopefully things will improve as she seems quite an easy pup to train.
Anyway Mo of Digital Pencil has a special Challenge on Facebook here so if youd like to take part please do pop across and visit her page and see for yourself. This new image is called Trudy in her Party Dress, and you actually get the doll and the dress separately, I suspect you remember dressing paper dolls I certainly do. Anyway Ive printed her onto card then coloured her with copic pens, the dress was printed onto a piece of Kay Millers "Hey Girlfriend" digi papers, I then used a bit of blue for the sash and the edging of her dress, this also has tabs on the shoulders and the end of the sash for you to fix in front of the doll.
The card is a side stepper thats been mounted with yellow card and two papers from the same digi set, a pretty flowered one for the front a blue one for the back, I then used the flower die from Die-namics for the flowers, and the Marianne dies for the leaves.
Ive been asked to give dimensions of this card and here they are, please forgive some of the rub outs, Im not used to this sort of thing.

    What a beautiful card Shirley - love the side step design and the pretty papers. Fabulous image too.
    Dressing a paper doll with outfits which had tabs on brings back fond childhood memories - Mum's button box was another favourite play-thing!!! Ah, happy days!!

    Shirley this is beautiful yes I remember those days & a lot of other stuff kids are not allowed to do hense the expense of trips to keep them occupied. Love the stepper she is so pretty as is her dress, thank you for your lovely comment. Janet
