Challenge #11 - Cards for Men - "Dad"

Good Morning Crafters, I hope you are all prepared for this fortnights Challenge over at Cards for Men Challenge Blogspot its themed "Dad" and we are being sponsored by Dr Digi and Im sure you will want use it to get your "Fathers Day" card done. Well I shall be of to Norwich this coming weekend to see how my grandsons is coping with being a Father as it is his sons (my great grandsons) Christening and I will get my first cuddle and Im really looking forward to meeting him.
And here is

And they are offering a fabulous prize of 2 digis and here is what they say about themselves:-

Welcome to the brilliantly bizarre brain of Dr. Digi's House of Stamps. Here you will find Monsters, Aliens,
Odd balls and Dundertons as well as many many more wonderful digital stamps. Our artist and founder cut
his teeth in the craft world at the company "Just Inklined", where his unique digis made a huge impression.
We're hoping to continue to entertain and amuse, with our growing catalogue of great value digis with
a sense of humour.

And we were lucky enough to be given the chance to use one of the images and I chose this one as my hubby is the one that does the washing up in our house and I felt is was appropriate for my card.

He is called "Dishcloth Dave" and you will find him here, I have printed him onto white card then used my copic pens to colour him, afterwards I used my Nestabilitie Die to cut him out and then used a larger one and beige card for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been treated in the same was as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and the first mount is beige card with the papers I have used the Sweethshoppe Digi Downloads papers "Both Side of Him" for my card, the first is a blue background with a diamond pattern on, the second is a red background with a white spot and the third is a plain beige one.
The mounted image was then placed towards the left and the sentiment is at the bottom on the right hand side. Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pay and visit to The Cards for Men Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will take part in this fortnights "Dad" Challenge.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-
