Challenge #117 - The Paper Shelter - "Anything but a Card"

Good Morning Crafters, well the weather is just awful yet again, rain and its quite cold at times, but a least our garden is enjoying it, mine is growing so fast we have to cut the grass more often because of it. Anyway this weeks Challenge over on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot is a "Anything but a Card" which means we want to see lots of projects, it can be quite scarey when you start but if the DT are anything to go by Im sure you can find something to create.
Anyway before I show you what I have made I want to tell you who our sponsors are and they are The Paper Shelter and they are offering you a fabulous prize of $30.
But this is providing you have used one of their products on your card, they have quite a selection to, papers, images and printables so if you go and visit their website The Paper Shelter you will be able to browse and see for yourself. But dont despair even if you dont use one of their products and you are chosen by Random Org they will still give you 3 digi images of your own choice, you carnt ask better than that can you? But dont forget you are only allowed to enter three times and at least one of them must carry one of the products from The Paper Shelter.
And now to show you what Ive been up to.

Im really pleased with the end result of this door hanger, my hubby's granddaughters birthday is in August and I thought this would make a lovely present for her as shes now 5 years old and they start to want a little more girl space dont they? And she can pop it on her door handle when she doesnt want to be disturbed.
Ive used a plain door hanger which I bought at NEC last November and I have used a white paint to paint a base coat, then on top I have put the crinkle paint and sprayed some inks all over it to give it a rainbow effect, this was then left to dry completely.
The next stop was to print this gorgeous "Acrobat Little Doll" and you will find it here, I have printed her several times and then decoupaged her up on a circle die, afterwards I used some lace around the edge.
This was then placed at the bottom of the hanger and across the top I have stuck a web ribbon and a double pink one of chiffon, on top I have placed two roses and pearl sprays and to finish of I have used some letter buttons and stuck then along the hanger arm. I do hope you like the finished hanger and will go and visit The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will take part in this weeks "Anything but a Card" Challenge.
