ABC Challenges - "J is for Jewels"

Good Morning Crafters, well its amazing how quickly these fortnights go by and already we have reached the letter "J" over at ABC Challenges and this time the theme is "J is for Jewels" and this means we want to see lots of "Gems" on your cards.
And we are being sponsored by two companies this time

And for my card I used this sweet image 

She is called "I Love my Puppy" and you will find her here,  but as you can see the puppy is missing so I image its run of to play  not sure where he is at the moment, and I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a Nestabilitie Rectangle die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount out of blue card.
The base card is 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of blue card and the papers are from Maja and I have used three papers then placed my image at a jaunty angle on the left side of my card. The sentiment was one I found on the internet its a saying from Bette Midler and this was printed and mount on a piece of the same blue card.
To follow the them I have placed several gems on my image, and a flourish in the top right hand corner. Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to the ABC Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully will want to take part in this "J is for Jewel" and I look forward to seeing the results.
