A Card for the Sugar Bowl and Sundays with Santa

Good Morning Everyone, yes I know its a bit early for a Christmas Card, but over on Facebook weve been making a Card every week since the beginning of the year to try and get a good supply ready for the season, anyway I thought I would post this card a little earlier as Im rather proud of how it turned out. The image is one of the new images from Funky Kits and Ive coloured her with my copic pens then used a circle Nestabilitie to cut her out, then used the brand new Resplendant Circle with a piece of red card for the mount, the sentiment is one from again Funky Kits and I have used one of the new tag dies for it. I should have said that this weeks Sundays with Santa Challenge is "Tag It" and the Sugar Bowl is a "Sketch", I will also pop it on their Sugary Sunday "Glitter" Challenge page on Facebook to.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, the papers I have used Kaisercrafts "Twigs and Berries" paper pad, and the first paper is a cream background with twigs and berries on, the second and third mount are a stripped one and a spot one, both have gold embossing on, Ive also put some glitter on the image to.
The card was created using the sketch and the tag was popped in the bottom on the edge.

A Card for Sugary Sunday and the Sugar Bowl

Good Afternoon All, sorry again for not posting much this week but Ive been struggling to get all my stuff onto my brand new desktop computer, hubby has built me a new one and of course you know what we are like we want it to have everything to hand straight away so Ive still got a few more bits to sort out, but at least I did manage to get a few cards done today, and this one is for this fortnights Sugar Bowl Sketch one and for the Facebooks Sugary Sunday one, add something metal.
Ive used this cute little girl is called "Telltale" so I guess she might be listening to a bit of gossip or telling tales to this little bird. Ive stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her. Then cut her out with my rotatrim and mounted her onto a piece of blue card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card, and the papers I have used for this card are Kaisercrafts "Utopia" paper set, and I have made it up using Fiona's Sketch. The sentiment is one of the CC ones and this was also mounted onto a piece of blue card. To finish of I have used a metal sunflower and some promarker pens on it just to give it a bit of colour.

A Card for Saturated Canary "Doilie" Challenge

Good Afternoon Everyone, well its a funny old day today weve had downpours and now weve got sunshine, its almost like April, its a shame but I suppose its better than snow or at least thats what I think. Anyway Im sorry I havent posted any cards for a few days but still trying to get over the busy time we had last week and Im hoping to get back to some sort of normality by next week but we shall see. Todays card has been created for the Saturated Canary's "Doilie Challenge, and Ive used this sweet image for my card and coloured it with my tria pens then used the Nestabilitie Die Labels No.11 to cut it it out then used the die again to create the mount. The sentiment is one of the LOV stamps and has been cut out with a circle die.
The main card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of purple card and one paper from the Kaisercraft "Lilac Avenue" paper pad, a very pretty white background with sead heads on in different colours, on top is a yellow doily cut with a Cheery Lynn Pastry die and this was stuck to the right handside of the card. Then around the middle I have wrapped a organza flower ribbon with a piece of satin ribbon on top and attached to the back of the card.
To finish of I have used three lily flowers and two tulips to create a flower spray, these were attached to the card with some silicone glue and punched out fern leaves.

A Card for Mo and Cute Card Thursday Challenges

Good Afternoon Everyone, well the sun is out but its rather chilly in the wind, but at least its dry, lets hope it lasts and tomorrows big event is not rained on as weve been promised it would be such a shame if it did. Im really excited about it and will be watching with my nose to the TV tomorrow and I suspect a lot of you will be to.
Anyway todays card has been made for Mo's "Girly" and Cute Card Thursday "Sketch" (this is has been created using the Challenge posted on the 24th March) Challenges, Ive used this little madam who Mo has called "Diva" and Ive printed her onto white card then used my copic and tria pens to colour her, I then used the Nestabilitie Die No.1 to cut her out and again used the same die to draw around and create the mount for her. The sentiment is one of CC ones and Ive stamped and mounted it in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and for my first mount Ive used dark mauve pearlescent card with one of three papers from Kaisers "Lilac Avenue" paper collection, the first paper is a dark mauve pattern with a glittered pattern on, on top of this I have used a second paper which has a white background and multi coloured seed heads on, the third paper is an oval with a lime green pattern on, and for my down strip on the left Ive used a left over piece of the same card thats been run through my cuttlebug and one of the flower embossing folders.
Across the middle I have wrapped a piece of lace with a strip of seam binding at the top, then positioned my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side. To finish of Ive created a flower spray in the top left hand corner with five different sizes of roses, then stuck it to the card with some silicone glue and punched out fern leaves.
Ive just discovered it should have been pink and girlie for the Mo Challenge, but I hope they will forgive me for this booboo.
