Challenge #49 - Bearlymine Designs - "Anything Goes"

Good Morning Everyone, today is the 49th Challenge over on Bearlymine Designs Challenge Blogspot and for this one its going to be a busy week as its your favourite "Anything Goes" I do hope that you will also go and visit Donna's website Bearly Mine Designs as she does have some really beautiful papers for you and they are extremely reasonable priced to.
Anyway back to this weeks Challenge and for this one we are being sponsored by "Fred She Said"

and they are offering a 20$ Gift Certificate.

And now here is my card for this Challenge.
And I have chosen to use "Emma and Rosey" for my image and you will find it here on the "Fred She Said" website. I coloured her with my copic pens and then cut her out with Nestabilitie Die No.1 and used a larger one for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been treated in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of lilac card, and on this I have used a lilac background paper with a roses design on it, this is one of the Bearlymine design papers and you will find it here its called "Roses Dreams", I have also used a second one in yellow and a Cheery Lynn Doily die and then placed it on top of the first layer, the mounted image was then placed in the center. I then used my Memory Box fence and gate dies to create the front and then placed my sentiment on top  of this at the bottom on the right hand side.
To finish of I have used some of the left over paper to create several flowers with punches and layered them up with a pearl brad in the center of them, I then placed them in the top left hand corner on top of some punched out leaves.
I do hope that now youve seen my card that you will go and visit The Bearlymine Designs Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you also will want to take part in this "Anything Goes" Challenge.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

Bearlymine Designs Challenge Twentynine - "Patchwork Design"

Good Morning Everyone, well another week has slipped by and weve now reached our twentyninth Challenge here at Bearlymine Designs and for this one we want to see your patchwork designs on your card, and we are being sponsered this week by "Fred She Said"

They are offering a fabulous prize of $20. to spend on their website.

And we were all lucky enough to be able to choose an image to play with and I chose this one,

This image is called "Emma the Skipper" and you will find her here, I printed her onto white card then used my copics to colour her and a oval Nestabilitie die to cut her out, afterwards I used a Cheery Lynn Swedish Oval diecut to mount her on.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card, the backing paper is several pages of the "Spring Blossoms" from Bearlymine Designs and you will find them here, I have cut them all into strips and then woven them into a mat that I then stuck to the blue mount and used my sewing machine with a zigzag stitch to hold it all in place.
The mounted image was then placed to the left of the card and a sentiment has been placed on the right. To finish of I have used two large Daisys and one small in the top left hand corner, these were stuck to the card with three silk leaves underneath them.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pop across to the Bearlymine Designs Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of our very talented Design Team have created for you and hopefully it will inspire you to take part in this "Patchwork Design" Challenge.

Bearlymine Seventh Challenge - "A Sketch by Marie"

Yet again another fortnight has flown by and we are now onto our seventh Challenge this one is hosted by my fellow team member Marie of kompis-kort-by-mi.blogspot and she has given us a fabulous sketch to follow here it is
I really enjoyed using this sketch as its a lovely straight forward one not to many fiddley bits to contend with. Anyway for this Challenge we are being sponsered by the following companies:-

I think this Challenge blog is one of the best ones for their stunning prizes and whats being offered this fortnight is unbelievable any one of those would be my choice and I hope that you also will be trying for them to, weve been getting more and more entrants each fortnight and Im sure this time will not be any different. I also want to let you know that Donna my Team Leader has a brand new Digi "Paper Lace"set on her Bearlymine Webshop Blog and you must pop over and see it for yourself, heres a preview of it and by the time this post is posted it should have
a brand new name. Now I had better get a move on and show you the card that I created for this challenge and here it is:-
I have used this time one of the Whiff of Joy stamps this is "Willow with basket" and I stamped her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, then I cut her out with my square Nestabilite die and used a scoll stamp around the edge before mounting her onto a square scalloped mount out of yellow pearlescent card. The sentiment is one from my stash which I thought went well with my image, this was also stamped onto white card then cut out using my rotatrim and mounted on another piece of the same yellow card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of yellow card and one of two papers from Donna's "Delicious Delights" papers and if you click on the title it will take you to her webshop for you to buy it. This first paper is a very yummy strawberry one, on top of this I have laid a piece of yellow card thats been put through my cuttlebug with a leaf embossing folder, then for my second paper Ive used a cherry one which also comes from the same paper set but this was stuck at the angle as the sketch shows, on top of this is my mounted image and the sentiment at the bottom on the right.
To finish of I have stuck in the top left hand corner a large daisy head on top of some punched leaves. I do hope that this card will inspire you to take part in our Challenges, do please pop across to the Blogspot and see what the rest of the team have created for you, they are stunning.
