Pink Gem Designs - "Ribbon, Lace or Twine"

Good Morning Gemsters, I cannon believe we are already three days into September and no doubt a lot of parents are looking forward to next week when the children will return to School again, and the new term starts. Well this time the Challenge over on Pink Gem Designs is "Ribbon, Lace or Twine" and of course its a feminine card we want to see please and we are sponsored by the very talented Janet Roberts of Pink Gem Designs

And she is so generous with her gorgeous images and we are able to choose from her catalogue any of them to create our cards and I chose this one

And this little lady is called "Angelica" and you will find her here, and I printed her onto white card before colouring her with my copic pens, afterwards I used a Nestabilitie die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount, the sentiment is one from my stash and I used a Sue Wilson one for this.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of pink card and the papers are also from Pink Gem Designs and this set are called "Sweetheart" papers and you will find them here. I have used just one of the papers a pretty pink one with white hearts on, and on top I have used a white doily and two strips of lace and a wide white ribbon down the card and attached it to the back of the first mount.
The mounted image was then placed in the center with the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner. To finish of I have used pink pearls in the other three corners.
Now that youve seen my Card I do hope that you will pay a visit to the Pink Gem Designs Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and I do hope that you will want to take part in this "Ribbon, Lace or Twine" Challenge.
