Good Morning All, well again another fortnight has gone by and weve now reached our Fifteenth Challenge and Bearlymine Designs and this time we are asking you to use a "Tag" somewhere on your card, and our new team members are also taking part in their very first DT challenge so I do hope you will visit them and leave them some love.
This time we are being sponsered by:-

Now that is an awesome amount of fabulous prizes and its just a shame we arnt allowed to take part in the challenge but Im sure it wont stop you as the entries for our challenges have sky rocketed and I want to thank you so much for taking part in them.
Anyway this is my card for this fortnights Challenge.
For my image Ive used a Whimsey Digi stamp of a dad and his little girl, the sentiment is also from the stamp digi set, Ive printed them onto white card then used my Copic and Tria pens to colour it, afterwards Ive used a Nestabilitie Label Die No.17 to cut it out and then used the die again to create the faux mount for it out of ivory pearlescent card. The sentiment was also printed onto white card but I used a GoCreate Tag die for this and then mounted it onto a larger die cut.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with the first paper "Summer Lace" from Donna's Bearlymine Design papers, on top of this I have used another paper from "Paper Lace" for the die cuts these were made with the Marianne die, on top of these are hearts cut with the Cherry Lynn dies. I then wrapped a satin ribbon around the middle and attaching it to the back of the first mount.
I then positioned my mounted image to the left and tucked my tag sentiment in on the right, but before doing so I tied a bow with some more of the ribbon that was threaded through the hole at the top.
Now youve seen my card I do so hope that you will now pop across to the Bearlymine Design Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the design team have created for your enjoyment and hopefully this will inspire you to take part in this fortnights Challenge "Tag your It".

Good Morning Everyone, yet another week has gone by and weve now reached our twentyfirst Challenge, Im so glad that years dont go by so quickly but we are certainly doing well with our entrants for our Challenges, and I want to thank you so much for making it such a outstanding success. Anyway getting back to this weeks Challenge and this one is themed "Lots of Dots", and of course our sponser is the fabulous company The Paper Shelter
And they have a $15 gift voucher for the winner thats picked by random number choice and if youve been using their images for your card you will win the whole amount but please dont dispair even if you havent you will still be eligable for one of their gorgeous images of your own choice. I must admit that its been a pleasure to use their images and beautiful papers and Im so lucky I get to use them all and here is my card for this weeks Challenge.
The image I have chosen is titled "The Finishing Touch" and you will find it here the papers are also from  The Paper Shelterand they are from the "Birthday Cupcake Papers" and you will find them here. Ive printed my image onto white card then coloured it with my copics and tria pens, then used Nestabilitie Die Labels 14 to cut it out, I then drew around the die to create the mount for it. The sentiment was created on my computer then printed and mounted in the same way with some brown card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of brown card with one of four papers from the "Birthday Cupcake" papers the first one is a white background with cupcakes all over it, the second, third and fourth papers have lots of spots on, and they have pink, brown and yellow backgrounds with multi coloured spots on and which have had the Martha Steward hole border punch used on both sides, then in the middle I have wrapped a brown grosgrain heart ribbon around and fixed it at the back of the first mount. I also used two strip's of the same brown card to create two borders top and bottom with the same Martha Stewart punch.
The mounted image was then positioned in the centre with the sentiment at the bottom on the right, and with the left over paper Ive created three flowers with the Marianne flower dies and stuck them to the card with some punched out leaves.
Now that youve seen my card please do pop over to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented team have created and hopefully this will inspire you yet again to take part in this weeks Challenge of "Lots of Dots".

Good Morning Everyone, well another fortnight has flown by and here we are at our Eleventh Challenge, and this one is being hosted by my Design Team Leader Donna of "Bearlymine Design" and she has chosen this theme of "Die Cuts and Lace" Im so glad its not my job this week to pick the winners of our last challenge as your work using my theme of vintage easel was stunning. Anyway this time we have four sponsers and they are:-

Wow what a fabulous collection of prizes what I would do to be able to win at least one of them, its so unfair we dont get the chance to do that, oh well never mind heres my card for this Challenge.
Well Ive used this sweet image from a sheet of Fairy stamps that I bought from Crafts and Me by Bridgit Ashwood, you will find them here on their website I did have a peep yesterday but I couldnt find them, but I love this particular image as hes such a cutie, that I stamped him onto white card then used my copics to colour him, as hes quite big I then cut him out with my rotatrim and mounted him onto blue card, the sentiment is one that I found in my stash and have treated it in the same way as the image.
The base card is 7"x 7" white card with a first mount of blue card and papers from Donna's "Paper Lace, Spring Stripes and Spring Surprise" the first paper is a very pretty yellow background with a beautiful border of blue flowers, and on top of this I have used a circle of blue plaid and a strip mount of multi coloured stripes. I then positioned my mounted image towards the left of my card with the sentiment at the bottom on the right.
I then cut out two leave sprays with one of the Marianne dies and then stuck at the bottom along the left side and with a piece of the left of paper I have punched along the edge with one of the lace punches then made it into a circle before sticking it to my card at the top on the right. I did use some glossy accents on the bubbles and some glitter on the little lads wings.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pop across to The Bearlymine Challenge Blog and see what the rest of the very talented team have created for you and hopefully that this will inspire you to take part in the fortnights Challenge of "Die Cuts and Lace".

A Card for Many Challenges

Good Morning Everyone, hope that you are all enjoying yet another holiday weekend, the sun is trying very hard to come out and Im hoping to get out for a walk after dinner. Anyway todays card is to cover several Magnolia Challenges, Magnolia Stamp Lovers "Flowers", Totally Tilda's "Paper Piecing", Magnolia Down Unders "Lace and Ribbons", Dutch Magnolia's "Mothers Day" and Just Magnolia's "Buttons, Bows and Bling" and hopefully with what Ive got here will cover everything. Ive used this sweet image of Tilda with a butterfly, and coloured the base of it with my Copic and Tria pens, and then Ive used two papers from the Hideaway Paper Pack from First Edition and they are two papers with the same pattern but with opposite colouring the first a green with white flowers, and then white with green flowers, they were then stamped and cut out the relevant pieces and stuck them to my image, afterwards Ive used the Oval Nestabilitie die to cut her out, I also used some glitter on the butterflies. I used some of the same green pearlescent card to cut a mount of a scalloped die and the sentiment is yet another of the Magnolia stamps thats been treated in the same way as the image.
The base card is 6"x 6" white card with the first mount of green pearlescent card with one of two of the same paper set, this first one is a all over white background with stripes of different colours and patterns across the paper, on top I have put a single strip mount with a piece of the same green flower paper that I used for her skirt.
On top of this I have wrapped a piece of lace and ribbon around the card and attached it to the back of the first mount, then positioned my mounted image in the middle on top of one of the Cherry Lynn Die cut Doilies with the sentiment at the bottom on the right. I have then created some flowers with yet another piece of the same paper pack and a bit of the green for the middle flower, I used the Marianne flower dies for this, and stuck them onto my card with some silicone glue on top of some punched out oak leaves. The two buttons on the right have had threaded through the holes some fine ribbon and tied in bows, and the final bow is a triple seam binding one thats been stuck at the side of my image.

Do you know I just dont know where these weeks go, as here we are at yet another Challenge at The Paper Shelter, and this weeks Challenge is the theme "An Ode to Mum" and Im sure it will give you lots of ideas to make a card to this one, but before I start showing you what I have created for you I want to remind you to be able to win this fabulous voucher

And they are always adding new images to their website not only that but also some really fabulous papers.
Heres my card for this Challenge
I have used The Paper Shelters gorgeous image of a mother rabbit with her babies and you will find her here, and printed her out onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards Ive used the Nestabilitie Die No.1 to cut her out and then used the same die to create the mount out of mauve pearlescent by drawing around the die then cutting it out with a pair of scissors. The sentiment is one of my stash ones I think it might be one of the Pink Gem ones, sorry I carnt remember at the particular moment. Ive cut this out with a circle die and mounted it also onto a larger one out of the same card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with yet another piece of the same mauve card and three papers from The Paper Shelters own designs, the first one is a pretty paisley pattern in shades of mauve and on top of this I have layered up two more of the papers one a pink stripe and the other pink paisley both these have had their edges punched with the doily lace border bunch from Martha Stewart. I then wrapped a piece of beautiful lace that I had from Wild Orchid Crafts and this was attached to the back of the first mount.
I then positioned my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side. To finish of with the scrap pieces left I created three flowers with the Marianne flower dies and mounted them onto silicone glue and punched out leaves in the bottom left hand corner.

A Challenge Card for Crafts and Me

Good Morning Ladies, I hope you are not expecting snow to fall tonight as weve been promised but Im so hoping that theyve got that wrong, anyway I must pop out later while the weather is dry. Todays card has been created for Crafts and Me's challenge "Paper Tearing" and Ive used this sweet image from Bridgit Ashwood, I do think this little fairy is gorgeous.
Ive stamped and coloured her with copic pens, then cut her out with my Oval Nestabilitie dies and created a mount with a scalloped one. The sentiment is one from my stash and at the moment I carnt remember whos it is. The card is a 6"x 6" base card with four papers from Kay Millers "Tropical Punch" digi download set. Ive layered them up across the card and have torn of the two papers and used ink pads along the edges, and wrapped an orange satin ribbon around one end.
The mounted image was positioned in the middle with my sentiment to the left hand side, Ive also used two Marianne diecut corners, a few pearls, and a Prima flower to finish it of.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-
