Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers, Well this is our last Challenge for 2015 and this is because we want all the girls to be able to take a break with their families we shall not be commenting on your entires so please understand this as its probably going to be a very busy one as its a "Anything Goes" one. We want to wish all Paper Shelter Followers a very Happy Christmas and we shall be back with a normal Challenge on January 7th with the B Team.
But as always we are being sponsored by Veronica and Pedro of The Paper Shelter and they are offering a lucky winner of this Challenge $30. to spend on their website
And as always this comes with the rule that you must have used one of their images on your card and this could be either a Image or printable and you will find lots to choose from on their website The Paper Shelter, but even if you havent used one they will still give you 3 digi images of your own choice, so you really cannot loose by taking part in our Challenge. Also please remember that we only allow 3 entries into our Challenges and at least one of those must carry one of our TPS images.
And now for my Card I do hope you like it
I chose this image as I thought it was a bit of fun especially as at this time of the year a lot of you like to go to parties and even celebrate the New Year at a Masked Ball, and this young lady is called "Venice Carnival" and you will find her here, I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, I also used a Nestabilitie Die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount out of gold card. The Sentiment is a stamp from my stash thats also been stamped and mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card and the first mount is gold card, I also used the background paper from the "Venice Carnival" and you will find it here, on top of this down the edges I have used a punched out border using a Tonic Border Punch, and with a large heart shapped doily I placed the mounted image in the center of my base card with the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner.
To finish of I have used several sizes of pearls in three of the corners. And now that youve seen my Card I do hope you will pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Teams have created for yours inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "Anything Goes" 3 week Challenge.

ABC Challenges - "S is for Sprinkles"
Good Morning and another new month has arrived and of course its really the beginning of Autumn and the clocks changing, to be honest not my most favourite time of the year, I dont like dark evenings Im afraid. Anyway to cheer you all up its time for a brand new Challenge over on ABC Challenge Blogspot and this one is "S is for Sprinkles" and this can mean either, Embossing Powder, Frantage and or Glitter.
And for this Challenge we are being sponsored by ArtbyMiran
And I am lucky to have a few images to play with and found this beautiful one below which I thought was ideal
She is titled "Petal Blossoms" and you will find her here, I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her and to add the sprinkles I used a clear embossing ink and some Frantage powder which I embossed with a heat gun, afterwards I used a square die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash that I samped onto a piece of white card then used one of my fancy tags to cut her out and mounted this also onto another piece of the same blue card as the mounted image.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of blue card and the papers are from Phil Martins "Decadent Damask" paper pad and i have used two different patterns, the first a darker blue and on top I have cut a square and used a border and corner punch to create a doily square and placed this on top of the first layer.
I then placed a piece of ribbon around the middle downways and put my mounted image on top, I then placed my sentiment in the bottom right hand corner upwards, and finished of the top right and bottom left hand corner with pearls, and the final embellishment is the triple bow in the top left hand corner.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to the ABC Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "S is for Sprinkles" Challenge.

ABC Challenges - "R is for Receipe"
Good Morning Crafters well over on the ABC Challenges we have reached the letter "R is for Receipe" and for this we will want you to use the table below to create your card
You must use one of the lines either horizontal or vertical and can you please let us know which one you are using when you post it on your blog.
We are being sponsored this time by the lovely
And as I have several images in my stash I decided to use this cutie
And the line I have used is the bottom line "Rhinestone/Pearls, Purple and Lace" and the image is "Looking Gorgeous" and you will find her here. I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a Tonic Oval die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount out of purple card.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of purple card and the backing paper I have used is from The Paper Shelters "Watercolour Dreams" as you can see its a very pretty purple, green and white background. I then wrapped a strip of lace down the card with a string of pearls stuck in the middle of it.
I then placed my mounted image towards the right with a sentiment which has been stamped and cut out with a fancy die and placed in the bottom right hand corner. And to finish of I have used pearls in the top two corners and a bottom left hand corner.

Good Morning Gemsters, over on The Pink Gem Challenge Blogspot its time for Claire from the Pinks Design Team to come up with a theme and she has chosen "Pretty in Pink" and well I hope Ive risen to the Challenge, but first I must tell you that Janet of Pink Gem Designs is one very talented lady and she does create some stunning images to play with and I hope that you will pay her website a visit and see for yourself.
And I decided to use this cute Grace Image for my card,
And shes certainly been "Pinked" as you can see and you will find "Fairy Grace" here, I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, I then cut her out completely. The sentiment was one I created on my computer and cut it out with a circle die and a larger one for the mount out of pink card.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of pink card and the papers I have used are from Pink Gems "Sweetheart" papers and you will find them here. I have used two papers from the set and layered them as you can see, I also place a oval doily at the top and over this I have laid a Tonic Fairy Die Cut and placed my image at the side of it.
I also wrapped a piece of pink ribbon around the card on the left and created a flower display in the top left hand corner.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to the Pink Gem Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully we shall see your card in the Challenge.

Playing with Tonic Dies
Good Morning Crafters, yesterday after experiencing a big problem with my ebosser I decided to give it a go and make sure it was still going to work (I managed to get a embossing folder stuck in my ebosser and hubby had a terrible job getting it out, and even had to dismantle it to do so) and as I had just received these new tonic dies I felt that I could create two birthday cards.
I placed the die on a piece of A4 card in the middle towards the right and then fan it through the machine, and then folded the card in two and placed a piece of colour card behind the cut out. I then used the flower dies to make the flowers by cutting them out 3 times and then coloured them with inkpads with the colour of of the card that I had put behind the cut out. Then used my embossing tool to create shape and then layered them up and placed them on the flowers of the cut out, and in the center I have placed a coloured pearl.
The final thing was the sentiment stamped on the card.

Aurora Wings "Butterfly" Challenge
Good Afternoon, well today has been beautiful I was wondering if it might happen as we had a fabulous lightening storm last night and I watched it through the living room window for quite awhile. Anyway the poor dog had a short walk this afternoon and found it just to much for her little feet so we cut it short and came home again so I could get this card finished.
I started it a week ago and didnt get very far as I had other things to sort out and as you can see I have put those behind and got on to finishing it, its one of the gorgeous Aurora Wings images and you will find her here, please do go and visit the website as she is such a talented lady and really does create beautiful images so you can play with them.
I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a Tonic die to cut her out and a scalloped one for the mount, the leaf border is yet another of the Tonic dies and I have placed it on top of the mounted image.
The base card is a 7"x 7" white card with a first mount of lilac card and the paper is one from Nitwits and I have then placed on top and used a piece of the same lilac card and ran it through my ebosser with a butterfly embossing folder. And of course this is my favourite colour choice so I love to use it on my cards.
On top I have placed a strip of web ribbon and another of Satin and then tucked behind the first mount. I then stuck my image in the middle and the last flourish is the butterfly from Tattered Lace which I folded and stuck in the top left hand corner.

But even if you dont you will still receive 3 digi images of your own choice, so you cant loose can you?
Anyway here is my card for for this weeks Challenge.
I love this image is called "My Racing Car" and just fabulous for a little lad and you will find it here. I have printed it onto white card then used my copic pens to colour it, afterwards I cut it out with a Nestabilitie square die and a larger one for the mount.
The basic card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of red card, and the papers are from Sweetshoppes "Pedal to the Medal" digi papers and I have used two papers the first a white background with racing cards, and the second is tyre pattern on a white background.
I then placed my mounted image towards the right hand side, and across the top left hand corner is a banner die, in two opposite corners I have placed button embellishments, and the sentiment was stamped onto a tag and then stuck to the exhaust of the motor car.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope you will visit The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "Digi with Sentiment" Challenge.

And now here is my card for this weeks Challenge.
The image I have used is titled "Vintage Phone" (or "I just phoned to say I love you" my song) and you will find it here, the image is so memoriable for me as I can remember them in my fathers offices where he worked in Moorgate in the 50s, yes I know I am getting old but its such a lovely phone that I was drawn to this image very easily.
I have printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I cut her out with a Nestabilitie Oval die and a fancy Heart one for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash and I have used a oval die and a smaller one of the main one for the mount for this.
The base card is 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of green card, and the paper I have used is the backing paper that came with the image, I printed it and mounted it onto the green card. I then wrapped around the middle a organza ribbon and tied to the back of the first mount, then on the right I have placed a bow and a gem in the middle.
I placed the mounted image in the center of the oval image on the paper and down the left hand side I have laid two leaf flourishes and on the curls I have placed the flowers punched out with Tonic punches and in the middle are some yellow pearls. The sentiment was placed at the bottom on the right hand side.

Ive been playing with the new Tonic Wreath Ring Dies
Ive been busy playing with two of the new Tonic Wreath Ring Dies, the top one is the Holly one and the bottom is the Decorative one, I used Pearlescent white card for both of them, on the top one I have used just the inner ones to cut two rings, and the bottom I have used the two one of them cut the inner edge completely.
For the holly wreaths are two stamps one is a Stampendous one and the other a Woodware one, I stamped both onto white card then used my copic pens to colour them, for the top card I cut the wreath out and for the second it was positioned behind the cut out circle.
The base cards are A5 ones and the top one has the red card behind the cut out pieces and the bottom one its been used as a mount.
I then placed both onto the white base cards and created two poinsetta flowers with the Tattered lace die and placed them at the top of the left hand corner on top of punched out holly leaves, I put some glitters in the middle with Stickles. And for the top card I have used the die cut sentiment across the bottom right hand corner and for the bottom I have placed the smaller die cut sentiment across the holly wreath in the center.
