Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers, well todays theme over on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot we want you to create a Card for that special Man or Boy in your life, and I have quite a number in my own family, 5 grandsons and 2 great grandsons, and of course a wonderful hubby to, so it shouldnt be to difficult to find a image from among your stash to make that card for one of them and in a moment you will see what I have created.
But for that I want to tell you that we are being sponsored by Veronica and Pedro of The Paper Shelter and they are offering a really generous prize of $30. to spend on their website.
But
this is providing you have used one of their products on your card and
this could be either a Image, Paper or Printable and you will find lots
to choose from at The Paper Shelter Website here, and
even if you dont use one of these they will still give you 3 digi
images of your own choice. But we only allow 3 entries into our
Challenges and at least one of those must use on of The Paper Shelter products.
And here is the Card I have created for a very special little boy who loves Norwich City Football Club
I have printed the image onto white card and you will find him here, and then coloured it in the colours of the Football Team he follows, and then cut it out with my rotatrim to create the square topper, I then used green card for the mount.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first layer of green card and the papers are from Sweetshoppe digi papers and its called "Soccer Star" and I have used three from the digi set, and layered up as shown in the photo.
I then layered it up as shown and then placed my image towards the top and the sentiment at the bottom in the right hand corner, and three football buttons in the top right hand corner.
Now that youve seen my Card I do hope you will pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "For the Boys" Challenge.
