Challenge #294 - "Lace and Pearls" - The Paper Shelter

Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers, Im writing this post up a few weeks early as Im thinking its possible in the next few weeks Im going to be rather busy with health problems so I do hope you will forgive me.
The Challenge this time is "Lace and Pearls" and Im sure if your anything like me you have hoards of them in your stash, and I had some really pretty lace with pearls sown into it as you will see on my card which I will post in a moment.
As always our sponsers are The Paper Shelter and they are offering a fabulous prize of $30. to spend on their website

But as always it comes with the rule that you must have used one of their products on your card or project, this could be a Image, Paper or Printable and even if you dont they will still give you 3 digi images of your own choice, so it really is a win win situation dont you think.
And now to show you my Card

This beautiful little lady is titled "The Bride" and you will find her here, I printed her onto white card then coloured her with my copic pens, after wards I used a oval die to cut her out, and a larger one with a pretty edge to put behind her, then I used a even bigger one and blue card for the mount.
I also used the same set of dies for the sentiment which is from my stash.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of blue card and the backing paper is also from the same design set as the image and you will find it here, I then used the piece of lace down the left hand side and attached it to the back of my first mount. I then placed the mounted image in the center with the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner, to finish of I have used some rose buds and some backing sprays and tied a red ribbon around them and created a bow and placed them in the top right hand corner.
Now that youve seen my Card I do hope that you will pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot to see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and I do hope that you will want to take part in this "Lace and Pearls" Challenge.

Challenge #194 - Spring Fever - Pink Gem Challenges

Good Morning Gemsters, well its time for me to host the Challenge this time and for this one I chose the theme "Spring Fever" and Janet has some wonderful Images covering all aspects of the season so do please go and visit the Pink Gem Designs website and see for yourself

For my card I used two of the beautiful images from Pink Gem Designs so here is the Card I created I hope you like it

This Image is called "Bunny with Carrots" and you will find it here, I printed it onto white card then coloured it with my copic pens, afterwards I cut it out completely.
The "Green House" is also one of the Pink Gem Designs and you will find it here,  I actually used the coloured image this time and again I cut it out completely.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card and for the first mount I used a dark green card, the background paper is also from Pink Gem Designs and you will find it here, I then used a fence die from Sue Wilson to go across the back behind the green house, and cut out some grass from yet another die. As you can see I placed the greenhouse at the back in the center and placed my cut out rabbit in front towards the left. The sentiment was one I found on the internet and printed it and mounted it on yet another piece of green card.
Now that youve seen my Card I do hope you will pay a visit to A Gem of a Challenge and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "Spring Fever" Challenge.

And for my Card I have used "Kisses" Image

and you will find it here, I printed the image onto white paper before colouring it with my copic pens, afterwards I used a square die to cut it out, and then a Nestabilitie Die for the mount out of green card. The sentiment is one I used from my stash and mounted this onto a piece of green card to.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of green card the papers are from The Paper Shelter to and this set is "Lets make a Picnic" paper set and you will find them here, I have used three papers and the first is a patchwork design and the two layers on top I have used a border punch down two of the edges and layered them on top of one another. The wrapped a wide piece of pink ribbon around the card and attached it to the back of the base mount.
I then placed my mounted image in the center with the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner. To finish of I have used several different colours of Nuvo drops to creat the pearls down the right hand side and the bottom left hand corner.
