Halloween
and its always been a strange and eerie time of the year, several countries celebrate it and others dont, when I was at School it was all about "All Hallows Eve" to do with the souls rising from their graves to ascend into Heaven or descend down into Hell, not a very nice thing to be thinking I think.
And you will find some beautiful images over at The Paper Shelter and there's lot to choose from for this theme to. Our Sponsors are and as always our sponsers are The Paper Shelter and they are offering a fabulous prize of $30. to spend on their website.
But don't forget they will only give you the whole amount if you have used one of their images on your card but don't worry if you haven't, they will still give you 3 digi images or your own choice if you are picked as a winner.
This image is titled "Halloween" and you will find it here, Ive printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards Ive used a square die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount out of blue card.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of the same blue card and the mount for the image, the backing paper is also from the same design set as the image and you will find it here.
I have cut a edge out of black card with one of the Memory Box edge dies and the spider web is also from Memory Box as is the spider and the bats, and these have been placed as shown in the photo, the mounted image was then placed down the card towards the bottom.
Now that you've seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot to see what the rest of the Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you will want to take part in this "Halloween" Challenge to.
