The Twentyfifth Challenge for The Paper Shelter - "Flowers, Flowers, Flowers"

Good Morning Everyone, well today I promised you a surprise and here it is The Paper Shelter Design Team have been split into two teams and I have been asked to become the Team Leader for the "A" team and Marie is Team Leader for the "B" team, its all very scarey and I just hope that I dont let the rest of my fabulous and talented team down, they are three of the original team Caroline, Gina and Liv, and four newbies Carol, Penni, Kim R and Linda, I want to welcome you all to the first Challenge of the new rota and we shall be posting our cards fortnightly in future and Team "B" will be doing the alternative weeks we dont.
Anyway I want to tell you that this weeks Challenge is for "Flowers, Flowers, Flowers" and I know how you love to pop them on your cards so Im looking forward to seeing what you will come up with, as always we are being sponsered by The Paper Shelter who are Pedro and Veronica a very talented couple.
And they are offering a fabulous prize of $15 to spend in their Webshop The Paper Shelter, the winner will be chosen by random org, and if you have used their images you will win the whole amount but if not dont despair they will still give you one of their images of your own choice. They not only have gorgeous images but also some beautiful and stunning papers on offer, and they are always adding to their library and I know you will be delighted with what you find so do please pop across and visit and be amazed at how many you can buy for this amount.
Anyway heres my card for this challenge.
For my image I have used this beautiful "The Happy Couple" and you will find them here, the papers are also from The Paper Shelter and they are called "Sweetest Love" and you will find them here. I have printed the image onto white card then used my copics and tria pens to colour them, then used Labels No.16 to cut it out, then used the die again to create the mount for it out of pink card. The sentiment is one from my stash and has been treated in the same way.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink card, then I have used  one paper from "Sweetest Love" digi set, a very pretty pink and cream background with hearts all over it for my first mount then on top is a lighter cream shaded paper with hearts on and this has been punched along both edges with the Doily Border punch from Martha Stewart, then across the centre I have wrapped a piece of cream lace and a pink satin ribbon thats been attached to the back of this mount. The mounted image was then positioned in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right, I have also stuck a horseshoe charm in the corner of it.
The outer card is one created with a 8"x 8" cream square and my larger Martha Stewart border and corner punches and the whole card was then stuck in the centre. To finish of I have used five roses of different sizes in the top left hand corner and created a spray with some punched out rose leaves.
Now that youve seen my card do please now pop over to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the Design Team have created for you, I know you will be thrilled with their cards and Im sure it will inspire you to take part in this weeks Challenge "Flowers, Flowers, Flowers".
