Good Morning Everyone, well its the start of yet an extremely busy week for me, firstly for the next three days I have my DT Challenge Cards being posted, then I have to write up the actual Challenge Post for The Paper Shelter on Tuesday ready for Wednesday morning, and then we have to drop Missy of at the breeder for 6 days as we are of to Guernsey on Thursday early for a Christening next Sunday, Im really excited at that as it will be the first time Ive seen my friends baby, she lost one last year so this little lad is very special as she is herself, so if your reading this Jo you know Im looking forward to Thursday for my first big cuddle of Nicolas.
Well todays card has been created for this weeks Sundays with Santa Challenge and we have Pops to thank for this theme, shes been so busy over the last few months and its so lovely to have her back with us as she was the founder of the challenge in the first place, and I decided to use this cute image of Mo's and create a Christmas card for Nicolas. Ive printed him onto white card then used my copic pens to colour him, to cut him out Ive used Nestabilitie Die No.1 and then drawn around the die for the mount. The sentiment is one I created on my computer and printed it and mounted it in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and the first mount is a blue card and Ive used four stunning papers from Donna's brand new Digi Set "Christmas Wishes" it was just right for this card the papers are in pale blue and beige colour scheme and for my first one Ive used a blue background with stars on it, the second is a beige background with blue and white snowflakes and the third is a sentiment one which has been mounted and stuck down the left hand side, and the fourth is the corner and is a strip of blue and beige. I then positioned my image in the center with the sentiment below on the right. To finish of Ive created a snowflake with a couple of the Martha Stewart Snowflake punches and glass glitter, and on the other side is a small snowflake button.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

Such a cute card, I'm sure his mum will love it. It was wanting to make a special card for my grandson's first Christmas that got me into card making in the first place (and it wasn't half as professional as this!)
