This image is called "The Florist" and I think thats self explanatory and you will find her here, and I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour and then cut her out with a circle Nestabilitie Die and a Scalloped one for the mount out of pink card. The sentiment is a Marianne Stamp and Die.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of pink card the backing paper is also from "The Florist" and you will find that here. And then placed my mounted image in the middle of the circle thats part of the design. I placed the sentiment around the bottom right hand corner, and created a bouquet for the top left hand corner and tied it with a piece of pink bow, and in the top right is another bow with a flower button in the middle.
Now that youve seen my card please do pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration in this "Flower Power" Challenge.

ABC Challenges - "J is for Jewels"

Good Morning Crafters, well its amazing how quickly these fortnights go by and already we have reached the letter "J" over at ABC Challenges and this time the theme is "J is for Jewels" and this means we want to see lots of "Gems" on your cards.
And we are being sponsored by two companies this time

http://www.ribbongirl.co.uk/catalog/
and

https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/alldressedupstamps

And for my card I used this sweet image

She is called "I Love my Puppy" and you will find her here but as you can see the puppy is missing so I image its run of to play  not sure where he is at the moment, and I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a Nestabilitie Rectangle die to cut her out and a fancy one for the mount out of blue card.
The base card is 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of blue card and the papers are from Maja and I have used three papers then placed my image at a jaunty angle on the left side of my card. The sentiment was one I found on the internet its a saying from Bette Midler and this was printed and mount on a piece of the same blue card.
To follow the them I have placed several gems on my image, and a flourish in the top right hand corner. Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to the ABC Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully will want to take part in this "J is for Jewel" and I look forward to seeing the results.

Challenge #203 - "Charming" - The Paper Shelter

Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers, well the theme for this weeks Challenge is all about adding a Metal Charm to your card so its titled "Charming" and if your anything like me you bought loads of these a couple of years ago when they were very popular and then hardly use then since, I think the problem is creating the link chain to add them to the card, I know I ruined my nails doing it, I sincerely hope you have found a better way of making the chain.
Anyway back to todays Challenge and as always our sponsors for this Challenge are Veronica and Pedro of The Paper Shelter

http://www.thepapershelter.com/index.php?main_page=index

and they are offering a fabulous prize of $30. to spend on their website but this is providing you have used one of their products and that could be either a Image, Backing Paper or even a Printable, but even if you have not they will still give you 3 digi images of your own choice to play with. So you really cannot loose can you? And the choice on their website The Paper Shelter is amazing they are always updating their library so the choices as fabulous and the price of them is really good to.
And for the reveal of my Card.

This image is titled "Connected" and you will find here, I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a circle Nestabilitie die to cut her out and a larger one for the mount using a beige card.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount of beige card and the paper I have used the backing paper and placed this one the base mount. I then wrapped the large ribbon around the middle and placed my mounted image in the middle.
The sentiment is a Marianne stamp and this was placed on a Marianne label die and stuck across the top left hand corner.
I then created a large bow and attached my metal laptop charm and stuck it across the bottom right hand corner, and to finish of I have used six pearls and placed them in the two opposite corners.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will hop over to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the A Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "Charming" Challenge, dont forget its a metal charm we want to see.

ABC Challenges - "I is for Inspire"

Good Morning Crafters, another new month has arrived and can you believe that we are just a month away from half the year flying by, and this time the theme for ABC Challenge Blogspot is "I is for Inspire" and the sponsor for this Challenge is Veronica and Pedro of The Paper Shelter and they are offering a fabulous prize of  $20. to spend on their website.

http://www.thepapershelter.com/index.php?main_page=index

And as Im on their Design Team I was able to choose any image to play with, so for me it was this one as it would certainly inspire me (if I could sing).

I printed the image onto white card and coloured her with my copics, oh I forgot to say she is called "Music Star" and you will find her here, afterwards I used my retangle Nestabilitie die to cut her out, and a fancy one for the mount out of mauve card.
The Backing Paper is also from the same design set and you will find it here. I placed my mounted image towards the left and placed six mauve pearls in the top right and bottom left hand corners, the sentiment was one I found on the internet and I printed it and then mounted this also onto a piece of mauve card.
Now that youve seen my Card I do hope that you will pay a visit to The ABC Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created and hopefully it will inspire you to take part in this "I is for Inspire" Challenge.
