Girl Power
and having had 3 daughters myself it definitely was always about girl power in my house, Im so looking forward to seeing how you use it to create your own card or project.
And you will find some beautiful images over at The Paper Shelter and there's lot to choose from for this theme to. Our Sponsors are and as always our sponsers are The Paper Shelter and they are offering a fabulous prize of $30. to spend on their website.
But don't forget they will only give you the whole amount if you have used one of their images on your card but don't worry if you haven't, they will still give you 3 digi images or your own choice if you are picked as a winner.
I love this young lady she is titled "My little Dragon" I printed her onto white card you will find the image here then I and coloured her with my copic pens, afterwards I used a shaped die to cut her out and with some brown card cut a larger diecut for the mount.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of brown card and the backing paper I used is from the same design set and the image and you will find it here, I wrapped a piece of webbed ribbon around the card with a dinosaur ribbon placed in the middle and attached both to the back of the first mount.
The mounted image was then placed in the center with a stamped Sentiment also placed in a larger mount in the bottom right hand corner.
Now that you've seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot to see what the rest of the Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you will want to take part in this "Girl Power" Challenge to.
