Challenge #449 - A Card for a Child - The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot

Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers this weeks theme is one Im sure will be just ideal for a lot of you and its

A Card for a Child

I seem to create quite a lot of these especially for all my family and this one will go eventually to one of my granddaughters.
I have some very exciting news to tell you in a couple of weeks, as you are probably aware we always host a Blog Hop in December to Celebrate our Birthday and this years one is our 10th one and WOW we have a huge prize to give away, I will let you into the secret then.
I think its time for me to get on and to remind you that you will find some beautiful images over at The Paper Shelter and there's lot to choose from for this theme to. Our Sponsors are and as always are The Paper Shelter and they are offering a fabulous prize of $30. to spend on their website.

But don't forget they will only give you the whole amount if you have used one of their images on your card but don't worry if you haven't, they will still give you 3 digi images or your own choice if you are picked as a winner.
For this weeks card I have used this Card

This little lady is so pretty and she is called "Little Butterfly" and you will find her here, I printed her onto white card and coloured her with my copic pens, afterwards I cut her out with one of my rectangle dies, afterwards I cut a larger one with a fancy edge in pink card and mounted them up together. The sentiment is stamped onto white card and cut with the same rectangle dies in two sizes and mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of the same pink card, the backing paper is also from the same design set as the image and you will find it here. I layered the paper onto a piece of the same pink card as the image and then placed a square doily in the middle and layered my mounted image on top, with the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner.
Now that you've seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot to see what the rest of the Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you will want to take part in this  "A Card for a Child" Challenge to.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:
