Bealymine Designs Nineteenth Challenge - "Button it Up"

I cannot believe that another fortnight has flown by and weve reached our nineteenth Challenge where does it go, anyway this time we want you to "Button it Up" and I know that sounds a bit cheeky, but we actually want you to show us lots of buttons on your card and Im sure thats not a problem as they are a very popular embellishment I know I love to use them as often as I can. And for this Challenge we are being sponsered by the following:-

Wow there are some awesome prizes there just wish it were possible for us to win them, anyway before I show you my card I want to show you the brand new Digi Paper Set that Donna has in her Webshop here.

They truly are gorgeous and so beautiful, it does make a change to be able to use such soft colours on our Christmas Cards. Anyway heres my card for this fortnights Challenge.

And for my card Ive used this gorgeous Emerald Fairies image and they are called "Kayla and Twinkle" and I printed them onto white card then used my copic and tria pens to colour it, afterwards I used Nestabilitie Die No.17 to cut them out and then used the die to draw around for the mount. The sentiment is one from my stash that I thought would go nicely with it, this has also been mounted in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of yellow card and then for my beautiful papers Ive used Donna's "Spring Blossoms", the first paper is a pretty green background with daisies all over it, on top is a lavendar shade with more of the daisies on this has been cut into a 5" square and Ive used on of Martha Stewarts border and corner punch on it, and then layered it up on top of the first mount.
I then positioned my mounted image in the center and put the sentiment just below it, I then used a EK Success button border punch on some of the same yellow card and wove a yellow rafia through all the button holes and tied a knot behind to stop it undoing, I also put some of the same rafia through the needle holes at the bottom. This was then stuck down beside the mounted image, and to finish of I created a flower spray in the top left hand corner with a large yellow rose, carnations and asters, then stuck them to the card with some silicone glue on top of punched fern leaves.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope you will now go and visit The Bearlymine Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of a very talented team have for your inspiration and hopefully it will get you to take part in this "Button it Up" Challenge.
This card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-
