The Thirtythird Challenge for The Paper Shelter - "For the Girls"

Good Morning Everyone, well another week has flown by at The Paper Shelter and this week its one "For the Girls" and we want to see beautiful cards for girls, full of pretty papers, embellishments, flowers and ribbons anything that will make us girls Smile. As always our fabulous sponsers are Veronica and Pedro from The Paper Shelter and they are offering you a princely sum of

to spend in their webshop, and believe me when I tell you they have some stunning images which cover all sorts of occassions, and now they even have papers that co-ordinate with them and accessories to, the only rule is that if you use one of their images on your card you will be entitled to the whole $20 amount to spend but even if you dont you will still be eligable for one of their images of your own choice, so its a win win situation you just carnt loose.

Here is my card for this weeks Challenge.

For my card I have used this sweet "Quiet Moment" image and you will find her here, Ive printed her onto white card then used my copic and tria pens to colour her, I then used Nestabilitie Label Die No.11 to cut her out and used the die again to draw around for the mount. The sentiment is one of the CC stamps that I have treated it in the same way as the image.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of pink card, I have then used four papers from the "Zoe Spring" digi paper set you will find them here, the first pattern is a pink spot one then on top is a pink plain paper that Ive cut into a 5" square and used my Martha Stewart border and corner punch on it, on top is my third paper which I have mounted on green card this is a pretty green background with daisies on, and for my last mount Ive used another piece of pink card and a paper with a check on.
I then positioned my mounted image in the center with the sentiment at the bottom on the right, to finish of I have used several sized roses and asters in pink and white in a spray in the top left hand corner this has been stuck to the card with some silicone glue on top of some punched out rose and fern leaves.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will now go and visit The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of my extremely talented "A" Team have for your inspiration and hopefully this will get you to take part in this weeks "For the Girls" Challenge.
