Cards fpr Men - Challenge Twenty - "Sports"

Good Morning All, well another fortnight has flown by and here we are at our Twentieth Challenge and this time we want to see lots of "Sports" images on your cards, and we are being for the first time  sponsered by "Peachy Keen Stamps"

And here is what they say about themselves:

Our stamps are made with the highest quality polymer on the market today, giving them their unique peach tint. The whimsical images designed by Kathy Jakopovich coupled with their durability make them a favorite amongst scrapbookers, card makers, and artists alike. These stamps are sold exclusively online at www.peachykeenstamps.com and at independent stamp and scrapbook stores worldwide. Please visit our website for a complete list of retail locations.

And they have offered you a prize of  $25. to spend in their Webshop.

And now here is my card for this Challenge.

I have used one of their fabulous stamps titled "Surf Boy" for my card and stamped him onto white card then used my copic and tria pens to colour him, afterwards I used Labels 11 to cut him out and used the die again to draw around to create the mount our of yellow card. The sentiment is one of the TLC digi stamps and this has been treated in the same way as the stamped him.
The base easel card is a 6"x 6" white card and I have used for the first mounts yellow card and then two papers each from the Nitwits "Summer Breeze" digi paper sets, the first paper is a yellow one, and then on top a blue sentment one which has been cut in a 5" square and then Ive used the Martha Stewart border and corner seashell punch on it. The stamped image was then positioned in the middle of one and the sentiment on the other, I then used some rafia in yellow and blue to wrap around the two main mounts and attached them to the back.
The card was then created into an easel and then along the bottom of both I have stuck some sea shells just to give it a different effect. Now that youve seen my card I sincerely hope that you will go and visit The Cards for Men Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of a very talented team have created for your inspiration and hopefully it will get you to take part in this "Sports" Challenge..

and this is what they say about their company:-

Peachy Keen Stamps is a family owned and operated leading clear stamp manufacturer based out of Northeast Wisconsin. And this is my card for the Challenge.

I have used this gorgeous digi stamp from Teddy Bo, hes all dressed up in a bunny suit, I coloured him with my copic pens before cutting him out with my Egg Nestabilitie Die, then drew around the same die to create the mount for him. The sentiment is one from TLC and I have printed it onto a piece of white card and then cut it out with my rotatrim and mounted this also onto a piece of blue card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and for my first mount I have used a piece of blue pearlescent card, then I used three papers from the Nitwit Downloads set "Chicks and Bunnies", the first one being a all over egg pattern, and on top of this is a piece of yellow check paper down which one edge I have used a chick Martha Stewart border punch. Then on top of this is a all over sentiment pattern which was mounted on yet another piece of the same blue card.
I then wrapped a egg patterned ribbon around the middle and attached it to the back of the first mount, I then positioned my mounted image in the middle with the sentiment at the bottom on the right hand side. As its for a young man I didnt put any other embellishments on it this time.
I do so hope you will now pop over to our Cards for Men Challenge Blog and see what the rest of our very talented Design Team members have to show you, Im sure it will inspire you to get your Easter Cards made and take part in our Challenge.

The base card is a 6"x 6" white card and first layer of blue card and one of two papers from the "Summer Light" digi papers from Bearlymine Designs, the first one a very pretty blue based one with large flowers on, on top of this is a second paper a blue background with a white diamond pattern on, I then positioned my mounted image towards the right hand side and my sentiment underneath.
To finish of Ive created a flower spray with  three roses from Wild Orchid Crafts and attached it to my card at the top on the left with some silicone glue and some punched out fern leaves and two sprays of glass beads.
