Cards For Men - Challenge Seven - Humour

Wow we hit a ton this time for our last fortnights Challenge, and what fabulous cards you girls created thank you so much for that, its such a pleasure visiting your blogs and seeing them.

This fornights Challenge is being sponsered by "Sunshines Stamps" and here our sponsers are telling us about themselves :-
Sunshine’s Stamps is the brainchild of Christina {Sunshine} and Rob. Angus Argus was launched into the paper crafting world on June 27th, 2009 and the rest as they say is history! We have a wide variety of stamps in our inventory - all of which are hand drawn by either Sunshine or Rob. We love to “sunshine” masculine vehicles and give them personality. We also have our signature image - Sunny Bunny - who will continue to be altered to celebrate all holidays and occasions. If you have a suggestion for a Sunny Bunny send us an e-mail and we will happily consider it! Whether it’s a card for your husband, boyfriend, man-cub or daughter, wife etc. we have an image that will suit your crafting needs! Our images are constantly evolving and are unique in the paper crafting world. We are very pleased to say that we respond to customer suggestion on images and sentiments. If you have an idea for an image or sentiment that you cannot find elsewhere on the web let us know. We will respond to all suggestions and let you know if its "doable". Finally, be sure to hop to our blog http://sunshinesstamps.blogspot.com/ to check out our wonderful design team "Sunshine's Dream Team" blogs! We are so very proud of our gals! They are all rock stars and continue to create amazing cards and projects to showcase our images and to inspire you all to create!
and they have kindly offered us 3 of their fabulous digi stamps as a prize, if you would like to visit their site http://www.yourspecialdelivery.co.uk/sunshine-stamps.html and see exactly how easy and creative their stamps are. This fortnights Challenge is to create a card containing "Humour" and I sincerely hope that you will find my card contains this, Ive used this cheeky little chap, and of course it lends itself to any little lads birthday card.

Ive printed this image onto white card and coloured it with my copic pens, after which Ive cut it out with a Square Nestabilitie die and used one of the new large scalloped ones for the mount, Ive used a green card for this and the sentiment was one I created on my computer and printed it off and mounted it in the same way as the image.
The card is a 7"x 7" white card with the first layer of green card and Ive used three papers from the Nitwit downloads, the first one is a icecream cone patterned paper and the second which Ive stuck down the centre is a green and blue striped check, Ive used the hole Martha Stewart border punch on it, and for my last paper Ive used a blue paper with a load of lollies all over it. Its a very simple card, but I hope its effective and does cause you a bit of a laugh.
I did put some Snowtex on the icecream cone on top of the van, and a little bit of Glossy Accents on the musical notes, teeth and the eyes.
