Challenge #463 - Easter Time - The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot

Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers, can you believe tomorrow is the start of yet another month and of course this coming weekend its

 Easter Time

and of course my own great grandchildren will be rushing around the garden seeking lots of Easter Eggs, my eldest grandson bought some extra garden last year and of course for him it makes it much for fun for his sons to seek the hidden eggs, lets hope the weather is kind to him or it will be all indoors.
But I think its time for me to get on and to remind you that you will find some beautiful images over at The Paper Shelter and there's lot to choose from for this weeks theme to. Our Sponsors are and as always are The Paper Shelter and they are offering a fabulous prize of $30. to spend on their website.

But don't forget they will only give you the whole amount if you have used one of their images on your card but don't worry if you haven't, they will still give you 3 digi images or your own choice if you are picked as a winner. Please don't forget you are allowed to enter 3 projects but one of these must carry one of our images please as its only good manners don't you think.
For this weeks card I have used this Card

Ive got to admit this image always makes me smile and my second grandson has several chickens in his garden and no doubt this might happen if his son tries this trick and this card is the one I sent him for his two little ones.
The image is titled "Easter Prank" and you will find it here,f I printed it onto a piece of white card then coloured it with my copic pens, afterwards I used a oval die to cut it out and with a larger one I cut a mount out of blue card, then layered it on top. The sentiment is one from my stash and was treated in the same way as the image, stamped and cut with a oval die and mounted onto another piece of the same blue card.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of blue card and the backing paper is also from the same design set as the image and you will find it here. I placed this onto of the first mount and wrapped a ribbon down the middle and attached to the back of the mount.
I then placed my mounted image in the center with the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner, to finish of I have used a couple Easter button in the bottom left hand corner.
Now that you've seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot to see what the rest of the Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you will want to take part in this  "Easter Time" Challenge to.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:-

What a wonderful and funny Easter image. And wonderfully coloured as well. I also like the way you created your card in those three parts. The part in the middle seems as if you used cloth. Thank you for sharing your card with the Easter-Challenge of EAC.
