Well its arrive Paper Shelter Followers this is my very last Challenge blog post for The Paper Shelter as Team Leader and as of today Linda McEnery is now the official Team Leader of the A Team with Vannessa as Team Leader for the B Team, so I hope you will give her all the help and support she deserves. I'm going to miss my fortnightly rushes to get my Challenge posts done and uploaded but it is time for me to pass on the baton to Linda and I know she going to do a brilliant job of guiding and leading the Team for Veronica our owner of The Paper Shelter with Vannessa's help. Good Luck girls and I hope you both enjoy it as much as I have for the past eleven years.
And also a very special big thank you to my Team who have be have been more than anything they have been my very good friends, thank you girls, and also to those Team Member who have worked with me in the past.
Now for my very last post this weeks theme is all about
Activity, Job or Hobby
and I have chosen to use a image which portrays my step-daughters profession as she is a chemistry technician in a secondary School in London.
But I think its time for me to get on and to remind you that you will find some beautiful
images over at The Paper Shelter and there's lot to choose from for this weeks theme to. Our Sponsors are and as always are The Paper Shelter and they are offering a fabulous prize of $30. to spend on their website.
But don't forget they will only give you the whole amount if you have
used one of their images on your card but don't worry if you haven't,
they will still give you 3 digi images or your own choice if you are
picked as a winner. Please don't forget you are allowed to enter 3
projects but one of these must carry one of our images please as its
only good manners don't you think.
And here is the image I chose to use
This image is titled "Science" and you will find it here, I printed her onto white card before colouring her with my copic pens, afterwards I used a square die to cut her out and a fancy larger on and pink card for the mount. The sentiment is once which I found on the internet and I have printed it and then mounted this onto a piece of the same pink card as the image.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card with a first mount out of the same pink card, the backing paper is the one from the same design set as the image and you will find that here. Its a simple card but certainly has a punch.
Well I want to thank all those that have visited me here on my blog over the last 11 years while I have been a Team Leader, I may still upload the odd card now and again if I remember to do so, but my intention to retire and step down is to spend more time with my hubby and dogs, especially as one of them is now nearly 11 years and the other has mental problems coping with Epilepsy, ADHD and Autism he is getting more difficult to cope with new experiences and both hubby and I are having to watch ourselves not allowing him to get spooked by them.
Now that you've seen my creation I do hope that you will pay a visit to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot to see what the rest of the Design Team have created for your inspiration and hopefully you will want to take part in this "Activity, Job and Hobby" Challenge to.
This Card is to be entered in the following Challenges:
