Stampin for the Weekend Challenge - Digi Stamps

Todays card has been created for the "Stampin for the Weekend Challenge", this week you have to use a digi stamp. With this one I have used several free ones that Ive downloaded from http://dustinpike.blogspot.com/ I have used the ship background, the barrel, chest, cannon balls and the Pirate. Ive then printed them out onto my printing paper and then coloured them with my copic pens, I was surprised how well it coloured on ordinary printing paper.

Ive then used a 8"x 8" base card, onto which I have stuck a piece of medium blue pearlescent card, then one of the Bearly Mine Extreme Designs Papers, Ive then printed another of the designs and used a beach border punch from EK punches and punched down the edges of it, I have then stuck it to the centre of my card.

I then printed another of the papers and stuck this to a dark blue piece of pearlescent card, and stuck this down the middle on top of the punched paper. The digi stamp picture was also stuck to a piece of the dark blue pearlescent card, and stuck across the middle of the card.

I then printed a greeting onto semi-gloss photo paper, cut it with my rotatrim then stuck onto a small piece of the dark blue card, then mounted it onto the base card at the top right hand side. To finish of I have stuck some pirate buttons that I bought from Hobbycrafts along the bottom.
