Summertime Milly

Todays card is another made with one of Janet Roberts new Stamps from Pink Gem Designs, this one is Summertime Milly, Janet has created a gorgeous card from this particular stamp and if you like to click on her name it will take you to her blogspot for you to see her card.
I have stamped out the rather large image onto white card and coloured it with my Karisma Pencils, after which I have cut it out with my rotatrim and mounted it onto a piece of Pink card. I have also done the same thing with the greeting.
The base card is another of my 8"x 8" cards, onto which I have layered up a piece of pale green pearlescent card with another of the Bearly Mine Extreme Design papers. I have to be very honest here I pinched a sketch from my dear friend Linda to use for my layout design, I hope she will forgive me. The second layers are two piece of embossed card, the first the pink one was already embossed with the little spots, but I cut it out with my circle Nestabilitie die, and used another of the Bearly Mine Design papers and cut out a Scalloped piece to fit underneath the pink card.
The green piece of card was put through my cuttlebug machine with one of the embossing folders, this and the pink mount have been stuck in the way the sketch was drawn, the third layer is another piece of the same green pearlescent card with a piece of pink embossed paper paper stuck on top. I have then fixed my stamped mount to the base card on top of these layers, with the greeting positioned along the left hand side.
The flowers are again my Prima Hydrangea petals, with punched out leaves arranged around them and a little girl charm hung from the bottom one. To finish of I have stuck small pearl gems around the circle and pink flower gems in different corners of the card.
